KVS Vision and Mission
To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government including Defence and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education; To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education; To initiate and promote experimentation and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) etc.
KVS RO TINSUKIA
KVS Tinsukia Regional Office was inaugurated on 9th April 2012 as a result of reorganization of KVs into 07 additional Regional Offices for improved functioning. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan now has 25 Regional offices monitoring Kendriya Vidyalayas in India. KVS Tinsukia Region covers 41 Kendriya Vidyalayas of Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland.
